Tracey Cusack

Tracey Cusack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Since June 2021, Tracey has served as the Managing Director IRL at Camile Thai Kitchen, after previously holding the position of Business Development Manager. Prior to this role, Tracey was the Managing Director at Zest Catering Ltd from January 2010 to June 2021 and served as General Manager IRL at O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bars from October 1998 to October 2009. Tracey holds an MBA from Dublin City University, awarded between 2004 and 2006.
