Nico Martinez

Nico Martinez is currently the Tech Engineering at Camp Gladiator. Prior to this, they were the Delivery Manager at WellSky from July 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they led and managed the Financial Management portfolio of products. They also managed, coached, and mentored distributed teams across multiple locations, including the USA and Argentina. They also contributed to the architecture and design of the migration from monolith to micro services. They also spearheaded the adoption and implementation of DevOps and Cloud Migration best practices, including a full transformation into CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Atlantis, AWS).

Prior to their role at WellSky, Nico Martinez was the Head of Engineering at QLess, Inc. from April 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they led and managed the engineering organization, which included Development, QA, Platform Engineering (DevOps), Support, Implementation, Product, and Customer Experience. They also worked on roadmap structure and priorities, as well as new product development. Furthermore, they hired a near shore team in Argentina to address custom development requirements and platform improvements. Lastly, they interacted directly with the Board of Director and Senior Leadership to plan and consolidate 2019/2020 Roadmap for the company.
