Ryan Neading

Ryan Neading is the current Chief Operating Officer at Camp Gladiator. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer / Austin Site Leader at Rackspace from April 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing Rackspace's technology and engineering systems and tools, global technology operations, vendor relations and customer engagement, as well as serving as Site Leader for the Austin Office.

Under their leadership, Rackspace was able to reduce time-to-market and increase the quality of experience by providing standard code and design frameworks, as well as surfaces for critical platform services. Ryan was also instrumental in offering a highly customized experience that considered every interaction throughout the customer journey from prospect through their growth with Rackspace.

Ryan is a strong advocate for Rackers, and has helped build strong community connections both in Austin and around the world. Ryan is passionate about their work and committed to providing the best possible experience for customers.

Ryan Neading has a BS in Organizational Communications from Pepperdine University. Ryan is certified from LinkedIn in The Six Biases of Decision-Making.
