Nicola Baggio has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing field. Nicola began their career in 2001 as a Junior Category Manager at Rewe Group Italy. From 2001 to 2011, they held multiple positions at OZ Spa, including International Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Product & Trade Marketing Manager. In 2012, they joined Alpinestars as an International Territory Manager and later became the International Sales Manager for Auto - Motorsport. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Selle Italia as the Marketing Director, Sales & Marketing Director, and eventually the General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Campagnolo, starting in 2021.

Nicola Baggio completed their education in a variety of institutions. Nicola obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, where they achieved a score of 108/110. Additionally, they completed an MBA at CUOA Business School from 2003-2005.
