Priyanka Pillai

Priyanka Pillai has a diverse work experience in various roles related to procurement, supply chain management, and project coordination. Starting in 2014, they gained experience as a Bioanalytical Technician at Pharma Medica Research Inc., where they acquired skills in extractions and reagent preparation. Priyanka then worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Oakleaf Confections, ensuring adherence to guidelines and monitoring control points. Priyanka later transitioned to a role as a Manufacturing Assistant at the same company, where they assisted in resolving production concerns and implemented process improvements. In 2016, Priyanka became a Project Coordinator at Swisspharme Inc., managing supply chain logistics and analyzing sales data for forecasting and inventory management. Priyanka also proposed branding strategies for clients. From 2018 to 2021, Priyanka worked at Apollo Health and Beauty Care, starting as a Buyer and progressing to a Replenishment Supervisor and then a Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they achieved cost savings through strategic sourcing, optimized budgets, and implemented scalable processes. Priyanka also mentored teams and developed resource alignment plans. Currently, Priyanka is working as a Procurement Lead - Canada at the Campari Group.

Priyanka Pillai completed a Technical Diploma in Biotechnology from Seneca Polytechnic from 2010 to 2013. Priyanka is currently pursuing a certification in Planning and Inventory Management from APICS Northern Colorado. Additionally, they have studied Biology at Ryerson University, although the specific degree earned is unknown.
