Bhavesh Desai

Bhavesh Desai is an accomplished operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as SVP Operational Excellence at Campbell Soup Company since February 2022, Bhavesh previously held key roles at The Hain Celestial Group, including Vice President North America Strategic Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing. Bhavesh's career at The Kraft Heinz Company spanned over 13 years, culminating in positions such as Managing Director Heinz Africa, where full P&L responsibility was managed for Sub Saharan Africa, and Vice President Global Logistics, where significant cost savings were achieved through process improvements. Early career experience includes roles in operations management consulting at Tefen Management Consulting.
