Paul Hood

Paul Hood is an experienced resourcing manager currently employed at Camphill Village Trust since January 2023. Prior to this role, Paul served as Head of Recruitment and HR at DALE CARE LIMITED from August 2015 to December 2022. Paul has a background in education, having worked as a Teacher of Business Studies at Durham Sixth Form Centre and a Teacher of Economics, Business, and Law at Stockton Sixth Form. Earlier career roles include positions as a recruitment consultant with Greenbank and Kirk Limited, Pinpoint Recruitment Training, and Northern Recruiting Group, in addition to a tenure as a stockbroker at Redmayne Bentley LLP. Paul holds a postgraduate degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Sunderland and a bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University.
