Dale Gaines

Dale Gaines has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dale currently serves as the Fixed Operations Director at Camping World since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Trane Technologies from 2021 to 2023, where they closely monitored output volume and quality and ensured efficient resource utilization. From 2014 to 2021, Dale worked at Simmons Foods in multiple roles including Continuous Improvement - Associate Manager, Lean Coordinator, and Production Supervisor, demonstrating their skills in team management, problem-solving, and employee safety. Dale also served as a Sergeant of Marines in the United States Marine Forces Reserve from 2012 to 2016 and Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Dale gained experience in investigations as a PI and Investigations Manager at LED Investigations from 2012 to 2014, where they provided guidance to investigation officers and participated in complex investigations.

Dale Gaines completed a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, graduating in 2015. Additionally, in 2020, Dale obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
