Justice West

Justice West is a dedicated property management professional with extensive experience in the student housing sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Campus Advantage since December 2023, Justice previously held roles at Cardinal Group Management as an Assistant Community Manager and Leasing & Marketing Team Leader, where responsibilities included training leasing agents and overseeing marketing for 1,300 residents. Prior experience at Yugo as an Assistant General Manager involved managing a student housing complex of 892 beds and maintaining vendor relationships, along with a successful tenure as Sales Manager that achieved a historic leasing milestone. Justice began the career as a Leasing Agent at Asset Living. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Oregon State University, completed in June 2023.
