Elyse Girard

Elyse Girard has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Elyse most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at Campus Living Villages from January 2023. Prior to that, they held various senior roles at Transport for NSW, including Senior P&C Manager Business Partnering and Acting Director P&C Business Partnering - Chief Customer Office and NSW Trainlink. Before that, Elyse worked as an HR Operations Partner at Thales and as the Manager Base Operations at Jetstar Airways. Elyse also has experience as an HR Manager at Automotive Holdings Group, a People & Performance Partner at George Weston Foods, an HR Advisor at Specialty Fashion Group, a Project HR Representative at Bechtel Corporation, and an HR Business Partner at YMCA NSW. Elyse began their career as an HR Adviser at Qantas and later became an HR Graduate.

Elyse Girard obtained their Higher School Certificate from Cheltenham Girls High School in the years 1999 to 2004. Elyse then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Bachelor of Science (B. Sci.) at the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2010, specializing in HR/IR and Psychology. Afterward, they furthered their education at the University of Sydney by completing a Master's Degree in Labour Law and Relations from 2013 to 2015.
