Jim Brigadier is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Campus Management. Jim has been in this role since July 2020, and is responsible for customer satisfaction, EBITDA growth, sales bookings, and revenue growth. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Sales at Academic Partnerships from May 2013 to July 2015. Jim started their career in sales as a Sales Account Executive at SunGard Higher Education and Public Sector Systems, Inc. (formerly SCT) from December 2000 to January 2007.
During their tenure at Campus Management, Jim has led 350 professionals in sales, sales operations/enablement/support, account management, managed services and professional services in North and South America and Europe. Under their leadership, the team has grown by over 150%. Jim has also achieved company high-water benchmarks in both new customer sales growth and sales bookings while obtaining the highest Net Promoter Score in consecutive years for customer satisfaction in the company's 32 year history.
In addition to their role at Campus Management, Jim is also responsible for setting strategy, go-to-market business planning and P&L growth within all sectors and portfolio solutions.
Jim Brigadier has a MBA in finance from Auburn University and a BS in business administration with a focus in personnel management from the University of South Carolina. Jim also has taken a course in fundamentals of effective sales management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
