Carrie (Crawford) Blackman MSEd has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Carrie currently works as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at CampusWorks, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ultranauts Inc for a significant period of time, where they held various roles. Their most recent position at Ultranauts Inc was as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2021 to August 2022, where they led recruiting strategies to attract a neurodivergent pool of qualified and capable talent. Carrie also supervised the recruitment team, built candidate and referral partner relationships, and implemented employee well-being initiatives. Before that, Carrie served as a Lead Recruiter from November 2020 to October 2021, recruiting a neurodiverse team to provide quality engineering and data quality services throughout the USA. Carrie (Crawford) Blackman MSEd (she/her) obtained a Master of Science in Education degree with a focus on Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Missouri Western State University from 1994 to 1998, majoring in English and minoring in Spanish. Carrie's high school education took place at Truman High School, where they earned a general education diploma from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Carrie has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as stress management, communication, leadership, learning, coaching, inclusivity, human resources, psychological safety, team management, neurodiversity support, software testing, and test automation between 2021 and 2022.
