Andrew Litt

Andrew Litt has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew has held various roles in different companies, focusing mainly on human resources, risk management, and legal affairs. Andrew started their career as a Human Resources Management Assistant at the City of Palo Alto in 2006 and later worked as an Employment and Business Law professional at Keith A. Fink and Associates from 2015 to 2018. Andrew then served as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA from 2012 to 2016. Andrew also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hawaiian Airlines in 2019. More recently, they held senior leadership positions at Los Angeles Apparel, Crystal Consulting, Stream Recycling Solutions, and Camston Wrather. In these roles, they were responsible for corporate compliance, HR, risk management, and legal affairs. Andrew played a significant role in establishing and implementing sustainable resource recovery and recycling solutions while ensuring legal compliance and employee engagement.

Andrew Litt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations and Communication Studies from UCLA in 2014. In 2017, they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law. Andrew is currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. Additionally, they attended the University of Cambridge in 2011 for Economics and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012 for Human Resource Management & Employment Relations.
