Alan Hale

Alan Hale is a seasoned executive specializing in customer success management and consulting, currently serving as the Global VP of Customer Success at Camunda since January 2021. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of VP of Customer Success for Tanzu Products, EMEA at VMware, where efforts were centered on integrating Pivotal into VMware and enhancing customer value. Alan's earlier experience includes leading the Customer Success Organisation at Pivotal Software, Inc. in EMEA, overseeing the regional consulting team at Red Hat, and holding various managerial roles at Amentra and other firms. Alan holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA in Financial Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
