Carol Teskey

Carol Teskey is an accomplished human resources professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Camunda since November 2021, Carol previously held senior positions at GitLab Inc. as Senior Director of People Success and Director of Global People Operations. At MongoDB, Inc., Carol was Senior Director for People in EMEA & APAC and HR Director for the same regions, while also serving as International HR Director at Ancestry.com, overseeing HR operations for multiple countries. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at eBay Classifieds Group and Deutsche Bank, showcasing a strong background in talent development, leadership capability, organizational alignment, and HR service delivery. Carol holds a Diploma in Genealogy and Family History from Independent College Dublin and has additional education from Dublin Business School and the National College of Ireland.
