Mohamed Abdi

Mohamed Abdi has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mohamed is currently working as a Cloud Engineer at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, from June 2019 to March 2021, they worked as a Cloud Engineer and IT Analyst at Grant Thornton LLP (Canada). Mohamed also worked at Crate and Barrel as a Business Systems Analyst from April 2016 to April 2017, and at Access Research as an IT Support Analyst from May 2014 to April 2016.

Mohamed Abdi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University between the years 2013 and 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, which started in 2022 and is expected to end in 2024. In terms of certifications, Mohamed has obtained three certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert in February 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer in November 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator in August 2021.
