Ryder Johns has a diverse work experience. Ryder started working as a Retail Associate at Sundance Seafood Ltd. in June 2017, where they focused on offering fresh, local seafood products. In 2020, they transitioned to Fresh Paint, working as a Sales Representative. Currently, Ryder is a Business Development Associate at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., where they are responsible for managing institutional cash, foreign exchange programs, and private client wealth management. Their main goal is to ensure client satisfaction and investment return.

Ryder Johns is currently pursuing their undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of Victoria, starting in 2022.
