Sanjay Kumar has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sanjay Kumar began their education by completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Sindh from 2004 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2009. In 2020, Sanjay enrolled at York University and completed a certification in People Analytics in 2021.
