Tala Alnemer

Tala Alnemer has a diverse range of work experiences spanning various industries. Tala currently works as a Business Development Associate at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. In 2022, they served as a Staff Accountant at Davidson & Company LLP, where they handled complex financial reporting packages and tax returns for clients in multiple industries. As a Finance and Accounting Intern at Pilot in 2021, they were responsible for year-end tax provision preparation and investor targeting. Tala also gained experience as an Executive Lead at The Compounding for a Cure Foundation, where they managed a donation portfolio and mentored students in finance. Tala has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant for Accounting for Management Control and Incentives at UBC Sauder School of Business. Tala also worked as a Finance & Business Development Analyst for the National Investment Banking Competition, overseeing its successful execution.
