Peter Maddern

Peter Maddern has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, primarily at Canada Life UK. Peter started their career at Canada Life UK in 2009 as an Assistant Actuary and worked their way up through various roles. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Solvency II and Development Manager. Peter then became the Head of Capital and SST in 2016, followed by the Head of Customer Proposition from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they held the position of Platform and Proposition Director. Currently, they are the Strategy and Commercial Director - Bulk Annuities at Canada Life UK Adviser.

Peter Maddern received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bath, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
