Samantha Long

Samantha Long has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Samantha is currently the Head of People Relations and Operations at Canada Life UK, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People Services at Canada Life UK since January 2020. From September 2011 to January 2020, Samantha worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at LV=. Samantha also served as an HR Business Partner at Admin Re from 2008 to September 2011. Before that, they worked as an HR Regional Manager at Vertex Data Science from September 2002 to March 2004. Samantha's career in human resources started at Royal Mail, where they worked as a Regional HR Generalist from June 1995 to September 2002.

Samantha Long attended Chipping Sodbury School from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. From 1992 to 1995, Samantha studied at Teesside University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
