Adeeb Fadel

Adeeb Fadel has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and insurance solutions, holding prominent positions at Canada Life from November 2017 to March 2025, including Assistant Vice President and Director of Portfolio Architect. Adeeb played a critical role in the development of the Individual Customer Insurance and Operations IT Strategy, collaborating with various leaders to ensure alignment with business strategies and maintaining a future-oriented target state architecture. Previous experience includes managerial and architectural roles at London Life, as well as consulting positions at Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, and Software Spectrum. Adeeb holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Western University.
