Manager, HR Employee Experience at Canada Life

Amy Mikula Anderson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee experience and HR strategy. Currently, Amy serves as the Manager of HR Employee Experience at Canada Life since December 2017, where previous roles included Senior Specialist in HR Strategy & Programs and Human Resources Advisor. Prior to Canada Life, Amy worked as the Human Resources Manager at Gentek Building Products from March 2015 to December 2017, and began the career as a Human Resources & Payroll Associate at G-Tel Engineering from January 2014 to March 2015. Amy holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Brock University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
