Polina Oumnova

Polina Oumnova is an experienced professional in risk solutions and IT management, currently serving as the Director of Risk Solutions Delivery at Canada Life since July 2018, where responsibilities include implementing governance, risk, and compliance solutions for Lifeco companies. Previously, Polina held the role of Manager of Risk Solutions Delivery in Enterprise Risk Management, leading the global rollout of GRC programs, and worked as an Information Technology Risk Specialist at Great-West Life. Polina's extensive background also includes a significant tenure at RBC, where roles encompassed team leadership in IT Service Management and enterprise IT asset management. Polina obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University and furthered education with a certificate in Management of Enterprise Data Analytics from the University of Toronto, alongside a diploma in Software Engineering from Centennial College.
