Lisa Sammartino

Lisa Sammartino currently serves as the Communications Lead for the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions at Point Blank from February 2021 to May 2024, including Strategy Director, Campaign Director, and Senior Digital Organizer. From April 2016 to February 2021, Lisa worked as the Digital Engagement Manager and Democracy Campaigner at Dogwood BC. Lisa's early career includes serving as a Constituency Assistant for MP Jasbir Sandhu from January 2013 to December 2015, and as a Voter Contact Coordinator for Surrey Centre NDP in the latter part of 2015. Additional experience includes working as a Respite Worker for a private family, running an equestrian training business, and serving as a Student Support Advisor at UBC in 2009. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of British Columbia.
