Dake Liu

Director, BI And Data Management at Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust

Dake Liu began their work experience in 2013 as a Treasury Analyst at Sears Home Services. In 2014, they joined CAPREIT as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analytics and held that role until 2018. They then transitioned to the role of Manager of Data Analytics at CAPREIT from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Dake Liu is serving as the Director of BI and Data Management at CAPREIT. In 2022, Dake Liu joined DKL Analytics as an Analytics Consultant.

Dake Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Guelph. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada) and Management of Enterprise Data Analytics from the University of Toronto.
