Matt Waller

Matt Waller, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Matt currently holds the position of Associate Director, Strategic Finance at CAPREIT since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at CAPREIT from December 2021 to November 2022 and as Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis from May 2021 to December 2021. Before joining CAPREIT, Matt worked at Top Hat as a Senior Financial Analyst from May 2018 to July 2019. Matt also has experience working at EY, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Operational Transaction Services from March 2017 to May 2018, Senior Accountant, Assurance from September 2016 to March 2017, and Staff Accountant, Assurance from September 2014 to September 2016.

Matt Waller, CPA, CA completed their education in 2017 with a degree in CPA, CA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Prior to that, they attended Western University from 2010 to 2014 where they earned a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies.
