Mel Nywening

Mel Nywening has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. They started their career at Multi Fittings in 1990 as a Maintenance Supervisor, holding the position until 1998. In 2001, they joined Canadian Bearings as a Technical Sales Rep. and served in that role until 2012. They then moved on to become a Business Development Manager until 2014, after which they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager. Currently, Mel Nywening holds the title of Director, National Accounts at Canadian Bearings, starting in January 2022.

Mel Nywening attended Lambton College from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. During their time at Lambton College, Mel specialized in the field of study of hydraulics and pneumatics at IFPS. Additionally, Mel has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Leadership Foundations in February 2020, Time Management Fundamentals in January 2020, and Time Management for Managers in November 2019.
