Anick Castonguay, CHRL has extensive work experience in human resources at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. Anick began their career with the company in 1996 as a Pension and Benefits Manager before transitioning to roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manager. In 2015, they became the Regional Manager of Human Resources. In 2018, Anick took on the position of Director of Human Resources Operations, and later became the Director of Human Resources Business Planning and Transformation in 2020.
Anick Castonguay, CHRL obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from La Cité Collégiale between 1993 and 1997. Anick further pursued their education at the University of Quebec from 2006 to 2011, where they received a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.

Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is responsible for administering Non-Public Property (NPP) on behalf of the Chief of the Defence Staff and for delivering selected public morale and welfare programs, services, and activities to eligible members and their families on behalf of the Chief of Military Personnel.
