As director of Specialized Care, Natalie Damiano is responsible for leading CIHI’s activities and relationships in the health services areas of rehabilitation, mental health and addictions, continuing care and home care.
With a background as a clinical leader and educator, Ms. Damiano most recently led CIHI’s Integrated eReporting team and was instrumental in delivering products, developing and implementing CIHI’s 5-year strategic plan and forming the Master Data Governance Office, among many other achievements.
Ms. Damiano holds a Master of Science from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
