Rachel Rockecharlie

Rachel Rockecharlie currently serves as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse at the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU since June 2022, where specialized care is provided for critically ill and premature infants. In this role, Rachel performs comprehensive assessments, assists in procedures, and supports families while also contributing to various committees aimed at improving practices and nurse satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles in social media management and marketing for Tina Ho, MD Facial Plastic Surgery, and a student nurse internship in a Level 1 Trauma/Burn ICU at UPMC. Rachel Rockecharlie is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Virginia, building on a Bachelor of Science in Nursing obtained from the same institution. Additional experience includes teaching assistant roles and youth development programs, demonstrating a commitment to education and skill development.
