Matthew Woods

Matthew Woods has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Matthew currently works at the Canadian Medical Association as the Lead of Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility. Prior to this, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. Before joining the Canadian Medical Association, Matthew worked as a Senior Recruiter at GE Healthcare through Alexander Mann Solutions. Matthew also has experience at HSBC, where they held the positions of Diversity Recruitment Relationship Manager and Diversity Recruitment Sourcing Specialist through Allegis Global Solutions. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as an HR Recruiting Representative at York Regional Police and as an HR Assistant and HR Intern at OLG.

Matthew Woods obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2011. In 2012, they completed a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
