Pacifique N. has extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development roles. They have worked at various organizations, including the Canadian Museum of History as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Organizational Development. In this role, Pacifique led the development and implementation of the corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and also oversaw learning and leadership development initiatives. Before this, Pacifique worked as a Human Resources Manager at the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), where they developed and implemented a diversity and inclusion strategy. They have also held positions as a Human Resources Advisor, People and Culture Director, and Director of Human Resources and Administration at different organizations. Pacifique is skilled in talent management, recruitment and selection, and strategic planning.
Pacifique N. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Lumière de Bujumbura in the years 2003-2007. Later, from 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. Currently, Pacifique is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Equity Diversity and Inclusion from Université Laval, which will be completed in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Diversité et Inclusion en milieux du travail en contexte canadien from Collège La Cité and the Ontario (Canada) HRPA Membership from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2019.
