Carrie-Ann Crozier

Carrie-Ann Crozier was appointed Vice-President, Multimodal Operations in June 2022. She is responsible for providing best-in-class service to CN customers through the company’s Intermodal, Iron Ore, Autoport, and Transloading operations.

Carrie has been with CN for more than 21 years. She has an extensive background and a proven track record for her success within many functions of the Company, including Intermodal, Transportation, Bulk, and Commodity Supply Chain as well as Network Operations and Planning. Carrie was most recently General Manager, Operations for Yellowhead and Champlain Divisions.

Carrie has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal, QC.
