Mélissa Cardinal

Mélissa Cardinal is an experienced manager in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager, Talent Acquisition – Corporate Services for CN since November 2017. In this role, Mélissa is responsible for achieving large volume recruitment targets across Canada and the US, actively engaging with potential candidates through various job boards and social media tools. Prior positions include Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Talent Acquisition advisor at CN, as well as leadership roles at Adecco and customer service positions at IKEA and Bureau en Gros. Mélissa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Université TÉLUQ and holds a certification in Human Resources Management from UQAM.
