Aman Saini

Aman Saini has worked in the field of human resources for several years. Aman began their career at FedEx Ground in 2006 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) as a Recruitment Strategy Analyst and worked in this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Aman served as an HR Systems Analyst at CNRL. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of HR Functional Lead on the HCM Implementation Team at CNRL.

Aman Saini started their education in 2003 at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. Aman attended SAIT until 2005. Aman then went on to study at The University of Lethbridge from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations.
