Larry McGrath

Larry McGrath, P.Eng, PMP, CEM, has extensive experience in energy management and infrastructure strategic planning, currently serving as Senior Manager at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories since September 2022. Previously, in various managerial roles at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and AECL from 2008 to 2020, Larry led multidisciplinary teams in energy management, utility distribution, and maintenance engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards and overseeing substantial operational budgets. Notable assignments included serving as Director of Site & Nuclear Operations and providing leadership during significant reactor refurbishment projects. Larry's educational background includes a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Technologist degree in Industrial Instrumentation Technology from NBCC.
