Varun Kalra

Varun Kalra has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Varun worked as a Project Lead at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, managing digital twin projects, achieving cost savings, and improving team productivity. Prior to that, they were a Product Lifecycle Management Consultant at Javelin Technologies, where they facilitated change management workshops, evaluated PLM capabilities, and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Varun also held engineering roles at Datec Coating Corporation, Phase Change Energy Solutions, Inc., and Motherson Sumi, gaining experience in design engineering, mechanical engineering, and project management.

Varun Kalra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Varun continued their education at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they obtained two Master of Science degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Most recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. In addition to their formal education, Varun has also obtained various certifications in areas such as project management, solidworks, and strategic thinking.
