Will Graydon

Will Graydon has a strong background in security and emergency services, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Will served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over two decades, commanding and training multinational and Canadian forces units. In 2017, they transitioned to Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, where they held positions as Director of Emergency and Protective Services and Director of Corporate Security and Chief Security Officer.

Will Graydon completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering Management from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada in 1989-1993. Will then pursued a Land Force Technical Staff Officer Programme from the same institution in 2001-2002. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Operational Studies from Marine Corps University in 2008-2010 with a focus on the School of Advanced Warfighting and Command and Staff College.
