Sharon Azrieli

Sharon Azrieli serves as the President of the McGill Chamber Orchestra and is an accomplished opera singer with a current tenure at the Canadian Opera Company and as a soloist with the Metropolitan Opera in New York. In addition to performances worldwide, such as the Faure Requiem and various engagements at Carnegie Hall, Sharon Azrieli has directed the Azrieli Foundation since 2000, creating initiatives like the Azrieli Music Project and Prizes. Sharon Azrieli holds a Master's and Doctorate in Music, Voice, and Opera from L'Université de Montréal, along with multiple advanced certificates in Vocal Performance from The Juilliard School. Further studies in Illustration and Interior Design have also been pursued at Parsons School of Design.
