Declan Ingham

Declan Ingham is a seasoned policy analyst and research representative with extensive experience in public policy and union representation. Currently serving as a Research Representative at the Canadian Union of Public Employees since June 2023, Ingham previously held roles as a Union Steward for Local 514 - Canadian Association of Professional Employees and as a Policy Analyst at Employment and Social Development Canada from April 2021 to June 2023. Ingham's research expertise includes climate policy, evidenced by work as a Research Associate at Path For Europe, and contributions to various organizations such as The Samara Centre for Democracy and the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto and studies at both the Hertie School and the University of Ottawa in Political Science and Global Studies.
