Jing Tang

Jing Tang is a Research Scientist at Child Trends, responsible for leading research projects, supervising data collection, and preparing reports and publications. Previously, Jing served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, where mixed methods research on state-wide quality initiatives was conducted. Jing also held teaching positions at New World Montessori School and 93rd Street Elementary School, focusing on Mandarin instruction and classroom support, respectively. Additionally, Jing was an English teacher at Alpha Education Institution, specializing in test preparation for international English assessments. Jing holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Delaware, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
