Boris Moreno Vásquez

Boris Moreno Vásquez has a significant work experience in the Canal de Panamá, where they held various managerial roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, they served as the Transit Resources Division Manager from 2020 to 2023 and the Dredging Division Manager from 2018 to 2020. Prior to these roles, they held managerial positions in different divisions within the company from 2009 to 2018, including Canal Protection and Emergency Response Division Manager, Technological Infrastructure and Operations Division Manager, and Technology Division Manager.

Boris Moreno Vásquez has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Boris also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INCAE Business School. Additionally, Boris obtained a degree as Licenciado in Ingeniería Electromecánica from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. In terms of certifications, they are a certified Coach from the International Coaching Institute and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2016 and 2007 respectively.
