Tania Snelgrove

Tania Snelgrove has extensive work experience in project management and engineering. Tania has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1994 as a Bridge Design Engineer at Hyder Consulting. At British Waterways, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Project Manager, leading and managing multiple civil engineering projects. Tania also worked as a Membership Development Officer at the Institution of Civil Engineers and as an Independent Business Owner at Dorset Seaview Cottages. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Hyder Consulting. In recent years, Tania worked at Canal and River Trust as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Principal Project Manager. Tania also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, where they specialized in writing business cases for infrastructure projects. Additionally, they had a self-employed role as a Website Designer.

Tania Snelgrove began their education at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls from 1988 to 1991, where they completed their GCSEs and A-Levels. Following their high school education, they attended The University of Sheffield from 1991 to 1994, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Tania also obtained Chartered Status in the field of study through the Institution of Civil Engineering starting in 2000.
