Raenae Wann

Raenae Wann has extensive experience in email marketing and customer support. Raenae is currently the Director of Email Operations for Girl Scouts of the USA, responsible for overseeing email campaigns. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at The Knot Worldwide, where they managed marketing strategies. Raenae also served as a Lifecycle Marketing Communication Manager at Sling TV, leading a team and handling campaign strategies. Raenae has experience in email design and development from their role as an Email Designer & Developer at Dish Network. Raenae also served as an Email Marketing Manager at Gaiam TV and gained customer support experience as a Customer Support Representative at Constant Contact. Earlier in their career, Raenae held roles as an Administrative Intern at Conference Direct, Credit Report Verifier at Kroll Factual Data, and Customer Service Representative at Check Into Cash. Raenae also served as a Senior Account Supervisor at Center Partners.

Raenae Wann attended Colorado State University but did not obtain a degree from there. From 2009 to 2012, they studied Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix and completed their Bachelor's degree. In 2020, Raenae obtained certifications in "Marketing Foundations: The Marketing Funnel" from LinkedIn and "Finance Foundations" from LinkedIn Learning.
