Tracy Quayle McIpd

Tracy Quayle MCIPD's work experience includes holding various roles in reputable companies. Tracy is currently the Head of People/Talent at Canal & River Trust since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a People Business Partner at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) from October 2021 to August 2022. Tracy also worked as a People Change Partner at the University of Leeds from June 2021 to September 2021. Tracy has extensive experience at Sainsbury's, where they held several positions, including Head of Talent - North from March 2018 to June 2021, and Head of HR Yorkshire from April 2012 to March 2018. Tracy also served as an HR Regional Business Partner in various locations and held the position of Head of HR for Convenience Central. Tracy Quayle MCIPD received their MCIPD degree from The University of Huddersfield, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Tracy later pursued a Diploma in Life Coaching from Newcastle College, which they completed from 1999 to 2000. Tracy also completed their A-Level studies at King Richard School in Cyprus, specializing in English, French, and History. Prior to that, they obtained their GCSE O Levels, earning 10 passes in various subjects from Hohne School in West Germany.
