Elsa Jasmine Nightingale

Elsa Jasmine Nightingale is a seasoned professional specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal ESG and DEI Analyst at Canalys since September 2023, Elsa has delivered numerous keynotes and workshops globally, reaching thousands of IT executives and participants. Previously, as Sustainability and DEI Manager at Schneider Electric, responsibilities included conducting webinars and leading initiatives that resulted in significant revenue generation and the development of comprehensive wellbeing strategies. At Vestas, Elsa contributed to the company's first disclosure to the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index and co-authored the DEI section of the 2019 Sustainability Report. Other roles include communications positions at African Clean Energy and LATEST TV LIMITED, as well as prior experience at Amnesty International UK and The Independent. Elsa holds a Master of Science in Digital Innovation and Management from IT-Universitetet i København and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Sussex.
