Ms-Hrd Christine Whitfield

Christine Whitfield, MS-HRD, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Christine is currently serving as the Vice President and Manager of Talent & Development at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Ibero American Action League from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for executive oversight and administration of various departments. Christine also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ibero American Action League from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Ibero American Action League, Christine worked at RochesterWorks from 2013 to 2018 as an Assessment Coordinator, and prior to that, they worked at Bryant & Stratton College from 2010 to 2014 as an Adjunct Instructor and a Career Services Representative. Christine also served as a Career Services Advisor at RochesterWorks from 2009 to 2010 and as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Center for Disability Rights, Inc. from 2007 to 2009.

Christine's work experience spans across various sectors including finance, non-profit, education, and disability rights. Their expertise includes talent management, human resources, training & development, and risk management. Christine holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MS-HRD) and is certified as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Christine Whitfield obtained their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University, where they completed their studies from 2006 to 2008. In February 2020, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
