Ian Clark

Ian Clark is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Lead Engineer at Canary Technologies since June 2024. Previously, Ian held various engineering leadership positions at byrd from March 2018 to June 2024, including VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Lead Software Engineer. Earlier roles include Lead Technical Architect and Lead Software Engineer at Housekeep, where Ian contributed to simplifying the home cleaning market through an open-source software stack and Agile methodologies. Ian also worked as a Frontend Developer at MyOptique Group, leading a website redesign with mobile support, and as a Web Developer at CGI. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Politics from Loughborough University and an International Baccalaureate from Felsted School.
