Alejandra Hergert is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community outreach and educational support. Currently serving as a Community and Employment Outreach Developer at CanAssist at the University of Victoria since March 2022, Alejandra focuses on engaging and empowering individuals facing employment challenges. Previously, as a Baristas Program Facilitator at Pacific Community Resources Society from March 2014 to November 2022, Alejandra delivered tailored workshops and coached at-risk youth in overcoming barriers to employability.
